If you wish to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com We will happily refund or exchange any items that are damaged or that have been incorrectly purchased with 4 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges - in particular items of pet bedding or other accessories which could be deemed to have been used - should be completed in person at the duhail branch of Qatar Vet Center. We are open 6 days per week. This is in order for us to complete the necessary paperwork and to check the condition of the returned item which will be either returned to the supplier (damaged goods) or re-sold (returns). Should you be unable to come to the clinic, we can also offer to pick up the item if a new order (for other items) is placed. Please mention this when placing your order. As before, this will need to be completed from the original purchase. Please note that this does NOT include clothing, pet bedding or accessories which could be deemed to have been used. Qvcpetshop reserves the right to determine if products need to be returned in-store or if we can send a driver to collect.
We do not accept product returns that are:
- Altered in form from their original purchase
- Bought on sale
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the product has been used or tampered with.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 4498 9620of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Dont worry! Even after the two hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or delivered but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
Qvcpetshop reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in stock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
